At RK Global Private Ltd, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide high-quality products across our categories, including health & personal care, garden & outdoor, mobile & computer accessories, women’s products, kitchen & home improvement, beauty products, and office & sanitary supplies.
This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how returns, replacements, and refunds can be requested.

1. Eligibility for Returns

A product may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

1.1 Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Product

You can request a return or replacement if:

The product arrives damaged or broken

The wrong item is delivered

The product is faulty or not functioning as described

Condition: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Due to health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following categories cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

Health & personal care items

Beauty & cosmetic products

Sanitary and office hygiene supplies

Opened or used products of any category

Perishable or consumable items

Once opened, these items are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Return Window

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

After 7 days, requests cannot be accepted.

4. Return Conditions

Returned products must be:

Unused and in original condition

In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags

Not physically damaged by the customer

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Pickup & Return Process

Once a return is approved:

A pickup will be scheduled through our delivery partners.

The product must be packed securely for collection.

After inspection at our warehouse, refund/replacement will be processed.

Note: Pickup availability may vary by location.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued after the returned product passes inspection.

6.1 Refund Method

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method, such as:

Bank account

UPI

Credit/Debit card

Wallet

6.2 Refund Timeframe

Refunds typically take 5–7 business days after approval.

7. Replacement Policy

You can request a replacement instead of a refund if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The same product is in stock

If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

8. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping:

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

After Shipping:

Cancellations are not allowed after dispatch.

You may apply for a return after delivery.

9. Packages Lost in Transit

If a shipment is lost during transit, we will:

Confirm with the courier partner

Offer a full refund or replacement
